Day 46

Wow. Where does the time go? It seems that a good two weeks has passed since I last put fingers to keys and tapped out a tale of my adventure in the northern hemisphere. How about I catch you up with a couple of stories?

The first consists of my age increasing. I wasn't really planning on it happening, but it seems that once each year the number of years since my birth increases. It was a day of going to movies and eating out. (Movies? The Da Vinci Code and Thank You For Smoking - the first quite good, the latter rather hilarious.) A few kind people sent me presents, which I gratefully received. Thanks to one my bookshelf is now ever so slightly less anaemic.

The second consists of having started working. Now, obviously, in my ideal world I'd get money and never have to actually do anything. Oh, I'd do plenty (can you imagine the photographing and travelling possibilities?), I just wouldn't have to. So, what's the next best thing? A smallish team of people who are quite entertaining. Oddly enough however not one of us is a Canadian. Oh well.

Other than that I've found a reasonable alternative to Movieshack in Zip.ca, although being in a way bigger country delivery times are a bit more screwy. (Especially as while they may ship 3 dvds to you at once, they may come from 2 or 3 centres, and arrive on wildly different schedules). Other than that the selection is reasonable - they even have a few HD DVD & BluRay (or however you're meant to capitalise/spell it).
