Question: What do you think of the katie.com debate?

My Answer: Quite frankly it's appauling. Ms Jones had the domain 4 years before the book was published, and yet the published it none the less. 8 years ago now. The excuse that she did not trademark it is without ground, surely. As she can prove that she had the domain from 1996 (whois should say, surely), it's prior "art" surely?
