Well today I made some nice new changes to decades, and thus to mydecade project.
The big changes are these: * all content is now offered up compressed via gzip. This cuts the atom/rss feeds down to about 20% of their original size. * all content also comes with proper last-modified-since and an etag, and appropriate expiration dates. * a small change to the database that records when the image was uploaded (or modified) - needed to support the above changes. * an upgrade script (to change the database and fix up existing records)
I will release this as 0.7 - because I plan to also include an installer. This exists in a very very basic form right (namely it has a form to collect the information).
