I've been working on my photogalleries - so far I've only replaced Days Bay, but it's really easy. At this stage the "Gallery Maker" only does basic stuff - like create the multiple sized graphics, and the new thumbnail view. It also creates a skeleton .xml file (which you don't see at all now).

It's quite fancy. I just need to make it so you can do useful things like name the images etc. without having to edit the XML file directly :) (Well, maybe you'll have to, but at least you won't have to access the file directly on the file system.)
