Welcome bluewall

Just now I release the newest design for my site/LJ/everywhere. It is now affectionately known as bluewall. Why? Because I came up with the codename before I actually made the style. It didn't start out blue, but it bizzarely enough did end up there. And the logo kind of has a 'wall' of photos, so it kind of fits.

I will make it work right in IE if I can. IE seems to be ignoring my pleas to not put crud (read: extra spacing) around li items, despite having both a "padding: 0;" and "margin: 0;" applied. Oh well. I'll sort it out eventually. I figured out it's because my list items contain a rule in .menu2 li a { ... display: block; ... } for some reason IE thus decideds to put a line break or something under neath it. This extra spacing does not show up on any other browser, so without doing stupid IE hacks (or even a check for 'is this IE?' by the stylesheet.php script) I can't prevent this. So I won't.

The photos are all ones I took (a first), all on my T610, except for the one of myself - that came from my webcam.

I should make up a 'site updates' category/url. Maybe. Later.

A note for all your MozFB users: it actually lets you do ctrl-z in text boxes. Safari should do this. It really really annoys me that it doesn't. But not enough to complain.

Update/Edit: I changed the logo. There is no longer a photo of me. The pics are: tree outside my flat, Mt Taranaki, Hawera water tower, and somewhere north of Taranaki heading towards the Waikato Region. All from my T610.
