Well, it's early morning, but what to do but post?
On the recent security vulnerability on Mac OS X/dhcp/LDAP/evil, this article, and the ensuing comments I think make it all seem a lot less dangerous than it has been made out to be. This vulnerability would take a lot of work in the wild, and doesn't seem to really be able to cause any damage to other machines (it can't really turn the infected node into a machine gun). Maybe I'm wrong, but really, it seems a lot of hoopla was made over this, and the remarks of the Windows advocate in those comments were on the verge of being funny.
Hmm. That is about all I have to say about that.
