The first fault I had with my iBook (first mentioned here) - basically the weird crashes and garbled display has reared it's ugly head again. This will likely mean another replacment logic board, also covered under warranty.
I mean seriously, with a second logic board, around the USD$700 mark, plus labour, plus the other faults, have cost more in repairs than a replacement unit? I may just mention that on Monday. Not that I expect miracles. Though a miracle would be appreciated.
Though if the hard drive returns in tact you can gurantee that I will be doing a thorough backup... the hard drive failed a week after the logic board was replaced last time.
Please don't take this as encouragement not to buy a mac - no reasonable computer would ever suffer this many problems, ever, so I can only put it down to being really really unlucky. shakes fist
I did however bring my speakers in from home, so I can listen to my iPod, and not be so bored.
I've also read my friends page, so I'm basically up to date with the world.
Oh yeah, and I saw Camp at Rialto. It was not bad. Not bad at all.
