Macromedia Central is looking
interesting. Flash is still, well, Flash, but still. The blog reader is quite impressive, it does what LJ-friends page does,
but in an application.
Network Admission Control also looks interesting - but what about OS' that don't have a need for Anti-Virus
control? It looks to me like a way to lock out non-microsoft computers. Though I'd expect Cisco to support more
environments than that, "Cisco Network Admission Control systems will initially support endpoints running Microsoft
Windows NT, XP and 2000 operating systems". Oh well.
Does anyone else, in NZ or otherwise aware of the
RugbyWorldCup, find the arguments that "the reason we didn't win the cup
is because we are teach everyone that winning is not important" rather hypercritical? I was thinking about it yesterday,
and really, if winning wasn't important, would we actually be making such a fuss when they have one quite a few games, but
just not the tournament? Maybe it's just me.

While watching some TV coverage right now, I found it really
interesting that: they're all mostly talking about

the first official state visit by an
american president.
Hmm, by the advice of the guy on TV, I'm going to go get some sleep. While I've
slightly deviated from the usual boring life excerpts, and deviated even more with the Bush coverage, it's what I'm
looking at right now, so you never know, I might want to look at it again in the future.
