Day of many posts

Howdy howdy howdy

  • Saw Undercover Brother on DVD w/ Sean this evening, funny movie.
  • No INFO214 lecture today - lecturer was sick. Don't blame him. Horrible day.
  • Got iBook back. Me happy.
  • Want to change my mail server now, but I don't think people who use it via imap would be happy moving messages around twice, plus it wouldn't be as easy as it will be when I move it to it's final destination (as then I can have both running in parallel). Mercury inserts too many headers for my liking.
  • I like how ihug's backend mail servers are called baldrick, percy and edmund.
  • I should get around to purchasing another NIC for my server... I don't like using a usb->ethernet device on it. I'd like to have that for more constructive uses, like on machines that don't have a NIC when I want to connect to them.
  • My desk is working better and better as I rearrange it each time.
  • My windows laptop now runs Win2k3-Enterprise Server (should really go update my computers page), runs Exchange2003, and plays mp3s (once again the remote control is attached to it)
